• Located in Aldermanic district 4, Nick Palumbo, at the northwest corner of the intersections of Riviera Drive and Betty Drive.

• Total lots created: 6

• Total acres: 1.56

• Current Parcel Identification number: 20150 09040

• Current Zoning: Residential Single-family-6

• Lots will be served by City water and sewer

• Current Owner: Michael G. Johnson
