Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for traffic signal construction with Hoffman Electric in an amount not to exceed $350,000. This contract is used by the Mobility Services Department to expedite the construction of new traffic signal and pole installations, and also includes repair services for traffic signal strain or street light poles damaged in vehicular accidents throughout the City. The contract was originally approved by Council on April 27, 2017 in the amount of $96,132.16. The amount of this contract to date is $350,000. This includes Contract Modification No. 1, which was approved by Council on December 17, 2017, in the amount of $253,867.84. The contract term expires on December 31, 2020. This is the second of two renewal options available. | |
