| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for security services for City Lot with Sunstates Security, LLC in the amount of $204,866. These services are used to monitor the gate and patrol the City Lot grounds, which house City property during and after work hours, on weekends, and on holidays when City employees are not working. This contract was originally approved by Council on April 11, 2019. The contract term expires on December 31, 2020. This is the first of three renewals options available. | |
