Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for low voltage cabling services with NetPlanner Systems, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $250,000. These services will be used to provide low voltage cabling at various City of Savannah facilities by the Information Technology Department, as well as security access control and camera procurement and installation. The method used for this procurement was the request for proposal, which evaluates criteria in addition to cost. Proposals were evaluated on the basis of qualifications and experience including support capabilities, technical capabilities, references, fees, DBE participation, and local vendor participation. This event had an open DBE goal with a maximum of 10 points. The recommended proposer submitted DBE participation at the subcontractor level in the amount of 10% using Mayer Electric, Inc. The contract term expires on December 31, 2020 and has three available annual renewal options. | |
