This is for the approval of an annual contract for Crushed Stone from ZBS & Associates LLC, (Local) in an amount not to exceed $200.000. The Street Maintenance Department will utilize this contract for paving unpaved lanes, resurfacings, and utility repairs based on asphalt road surfaces. GABC is used to grade unpaved lanes and stabilize unpaved surfaces and is used in most utility repairs as a base for asphalt road surfaces. Granite screenings are used to stabilize the cobblestone and Belgium block on River Street and the approach ramps. Stone #89 is used for pothole patchers. Stone #57 is used as a stabilizing material around Utility Pipes.

The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract is for one (1) year with four (4) renewal options and will expire on February 12, 2027. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.
