Little Ogeechee Partners, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Hopeton West, a development consisting of single-family and multi-family units located off Little Neck Road in the Travis Field Service area and is in Aldermanic District 5. This agreement with Little Ogeechee Partners LLC is to establish a build out schedule for this 1,489 ERU development. It will ensure that the water and sewer systems can have adequate capacity for the development as it builds out. This type of agreement follows the same structure as previous large-scale developments with a master developer selling off parcels to builders. This agreement also establishes a process that ensures the buyers of the parcels are bound to the same requirements that are laid out in this agreement. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
