| Description Notification of the Emergency Procurement to install approximately 2,200 lineal feet of 8-foot temporary fence under Truman Parkway with Sam-Jay Services In the amount of $55,762. The Truman Parkway bridge at President Street was damaged by a fire on October 1, 2022, that started in the homeless encampment. In order to protect the bridge from future damage, the homeless underneath the bridge had to be vacated and a fence was needed to prevent people from moving back underneath the bridge. Another fire under the bridge could cause additional damage which could result in closing of the bridge and expensive repairs.
