This is for the design services of Greenwich Columbarium with Greenline Architecture in the amount not to exceed $79,900. This contract includes design revisions, permitting, and construction administration for the new columbarium at Greenwich Cemetery. The project aims to increase the available niche supply, addressing a projected shortage, as the cemetery typically sells around 30 niches annually at approximately $2,000 each and is expected to run out of space by the summer 2025.

This is a sole-source request, as Greenline Architecture served as the original Designer of Record for the original design completed in the 2019 plans. Using the same design team for these revisions minimizes costs and reduces the time needed to complete the project. Greenline’s fee proposal aligns with current market rates for similar projects.
