This is for 13 two and a half (2.5) ton flatbed dumping trucks with National Automotive Fleet Group c/o Alan Jay Fleet Sales in the amount of $1,545,695, from Contract #032824-NAF listed on Sourcewell formally National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA), a purchasing cooperative in which the City of Savannah is a member. 

The two and a half (2.5) ton dumping trucks will be utilized by different departments within the City, including Water Distribution, Sewer Maintenance, I&D Water, Sanitation, and Street Maintenance. These new vehicles will replace units 0704, 2731, 8702, 9714, 9715, 5857, 2851, 1827, 2852, 5856, 9228, 9207, and 9208, all of which are planned FY24 replacements. 

Per Section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is the National Auto Fleet Group Contract #032824-NAF, which is listed on Sourcewell, expiring 07/09/2028. Delivery: As Requested.  Terms:  Net 30 Days.  The vendor is:
