| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for scrap tire disposal to Quality Tire Recycling, Inc. in the amount of $35,000. This contract will provide scrap tire disposal services for the following City locations: Dean Forest Road Landfill, Bacon Park Convenience Center, Fleet Services, and City Lot. In addition, this contract supports Fleet Services and illegal dumping tire removal operations. The contract term shall be December 19, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
