| Description This is to award an annual contract for Brick, Concrete, and Stone Construction and Repairs with Savannah Paving Company in an amount not to exceed $710,100. The Park and Tree Department will utilize this contract to make repairs to existing walkways and install new hardscaping materials within various public parks and squares throughout the city. This action is part of the Park & Tree Department's commitment to Goal 4 of the City of Savannah’s Strategic Plan, specifically to create and maintain world class public spaces that are safer, more accessible and welcoming for all. The Park & Tree Department will be the primary user of this contract and has utilized similar services in prior years with success. The bid was advertised, opened and reviewed. This contract will expire on December 12, 2026, and it has (4) renewal options. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested. The proposers: L.B.
