| Description The purpose of this contract is to develop a framework for use in service delivery, infrastructure expansion, and annexation decisions. This will serve to support and encourage decision-making from a strategic point of view.
State of Georgia statutes govern the annexation process, and the service delivery programs of local governments who must adhere to specific procedures regarding the municipal boundary expansion and the associated service delivery implications of undertaking such actions.
This will be procured by using a State of Georgia contract. Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a state contract. The contract used for this procurement is a State of Georgia contract for management consultant services (Contract # 99999-SPD-SPD0000208-0010). It was competitively bid by the State of Georgia and expires April 10, 2026. A committee comprised of (5) City staff members met and evaluated the proposals and agreed to recommend a contract with Ernst & Young, LLP. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days. The vendor is:
