The City of Savannah is committed to meeting both operating and capital needs that directly benefit its residents through the implementation of sound financial policies and practices. From time to time, supplemental budget appropriations to governmental and/or proprietary funds are necessary. These appropriations support City Council authorizations and facilitate essential transfers to address various operational and service-related requirements.
