This is for Contract Modification No. 1 for Tree and Stump Removal Services with ArborNature, LLC in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00.

​The original contract was for hazard tree and stump removal services on various City-owned properties and within public rights-of-way throughout the City of Savannah. These services include the proactive removal of hazardous trees identified by City staff, supplemental support for City forestry crews during periods of increased workload, and emergency after-hours and post-hurricane response services. This modification is needed to provide additional funding due to the growing number of hazard tree removals and to ensure these critical services remain available year-round to protect public safety and maintain City infrastructure. 

This annual contract was originally approved by Council on October 9, 2025, for $670,000.00.  The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $750,000.00.
