This is for a contract with NetPlanner Systems, Inc. for the installation of fourteen (14) additional security cameras at the State Street Parking Garage in the amount of $54,635.88.

This contract provides for the installation of fourteen (14) security cameras within the east and west pedestrian stairwells at the State Street Parking Garage. The project includes structured cabling, conduit, mounting hardware, camera licenses, and installation services necessary to integrate the cameras into the City's existing surveillance system.

The additional cameras will enhance the safety and security of the parking facility by expanding video surveillance coverage throughout the stairwells, improving visibility of pedestrian activity, and assisting Parking Services and public safety personnel with monitoring and investigations. The cameras will provide continuous coverage from the ground floor through the roof level, reducing blind spots and strengthening the City's overall security infrastructure.

Pursuant to Section 2-4154 of the City of Savannah Purchasing Ordinance, this purchase will be made utilizing the State of Georgia Integrated Security and Surveillance Products and Services Contract No. 99999-SPD0000172-012, a competitively solicited statewide contract for which NetPlanner Systems, Inc. is an authorized supplier. Use of this cooperative contract is authorized by the City's Purchasing Ordinance and provides a cost-effective and efficient procurement method without the need for a separate competitive solicitation. The contract expires April 30, 2027.
