This is for temporary staffing services for the Information Technology Department from Robert Half International, Inc. in the amount of $130,000.
This purchase is for temporary professional staffing services with Robert Half in the amount not to exceed $130,000. This purchase is for the Innovation and Technology Services (ITS) Department. The contract will provide ITS with on-demand access to specialized technical professionals to support critical technology initiatives, operational demands, and ongoing digital modernization efforts. As the City's reliance on technology continues to grow, the demand for specialized IT expertise has outpaced available internal resources. Temporary professional staffing provides the flexibility to quickly address project workloads, fill resource gaps, and obtain technical skill sets that are difficult to recruit through traditional hiring processes, while avoiding the long-term costs associated with creating additional permanent positions. Approval of this purchase advances the GPS Strategic Plan Goal 6: Always Be a High-Performing Government, specifically by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government operations. By providing scalable access to technical expertise, the City will be better positioned to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative technology services, accelerate key modernization initiatives, and maintain high-quality service to City departments and residents while exercising fiscal responsibility.
