The scope of work includes design, bid/award, and construction phase services for the FIS HVAC Replacement project. This project generally includes replacing existing rooftop HVAC units with new chilled water rooftop units, providing new air-cooled chillers for system redundancy and future capacity, replacing associated Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes and controls, and evaluating the existing electrical service to support the added load. The scope also includes replacement of four (4) existing doors at mechanical rooms in the existing concourse with roll-up doors. SAC Job ID 30666.
