This agreement extends the Professional Services Agreement with Steven Baldwin & Associates, originally dated June 23, 2023. The proposed extension would begin August 1, 2026, and expire July 31, 2027. Under the terms of the agreement, Steven Baldwin & Associates will continue providing professional airport management advisory services, including, but not limited to, sponsor assurance compliance, minimum standards development, safety management system reviews, regulatory guidance, governance strategy, independent fee analysis, operational oversight, and staff recruiting. Services will include up to 25 hours of professional staff labor per month, at a monthly retainer cost of $5,500. Any required travel reimbursement amounts are not included and will be billed.
