| Description This is a contract for the construction of a new gazebo by F.H. Paschen in an amount not to exceed $134,300. The gazebo will be constructed on a FEMA lot located at 211 Leedsgate Road. This project includes the installation of the gazebo along with a pervious concrete walking path to the neighborhood sidewalk.
F.H. Paschen is on the State of Georgia’s statewide approved contracts program. These statewide contracts are established for convenience and are available for use by all State and Local public entities. The State of Georgia used a competitive bidding process to select F.H. Paschen as one of the companies to provide these commodities. State contract purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.
