Description PSG Terminals and Tennessee Commercial Warehouse entered into an agreement with the City of Savannah to provide water and sewer to the development at 116 Gulfstream Road which consists of two modular office trailers and a container storage area. The original agreement was executed on April 10, 2013. In this agreement, the owner agreed to pay the City the cost of the construction of a force main outside of the property boundaries over 50 years at $1,554.52 per year. PSG Terminals and Tennessee Commercial Warehouse, prior owners, has now conveyed the property to Gulfstream Park Place LLC (new owners) and Gulfstream Park Place, LLC wishes to enter into the same agreement/arrangement as PSG Terminals & Tennessee Commercial Warehouse previously had. | |
