This contract is for the procurement of Grayson Grandstand renovations services from Beers Construction Partners in an amount not to exceed $294,050. The Real Estate Services Department will use the services to repair leaks in the locker rooms and beneath the grandstands, spalling of the steel beams, and repairs of wooden bench seating. Services will include repair, preparation, and painting/sealing of approximately 10,000 SF of concrete, sealing expansion joints in the concrete to eliminate water penetration to the steel beams and locker rooms, the preparation and painting of approximately 22,000 LF of wood benches, and the rehabilitation of drink rails throughout the reserved seating sections.      

The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Four (4) proposals were received. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
