| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Waste Management for land-filling of bio-solids for President Street and regional plants in the amount of $595,000. The services will be used by the Public Works and Water Resources Department to dispose of bio-solids generated at the President Street Plant. This is a sole source because other landfills have prohibited the City of Savannah from disposing any bio-solids in their landfills. The contract term shall be from August 15, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
