| Description This contract is for the procurement of three Utility Tractors from Shea Tractor & Equipment c/o Kubota in the amount of $169,498. The utility tractors will be used by the Refuse Disposal Division, City Cemeteries, and the Neighborhood Park Maintenance Division to support daily operations. These new units will replace tractors #9728, #2236, and #2614, which are scheduled for replacement under the FY25 equipment replacement plan.
This purchase will be made through a cooperative purchasing agreement. Per Section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract.
