Description This contract is for the purchase of two Forklifts from Thompson Lift Truck Company c/o Hyundai, in the amount of $75,094. The Water Reclamation Department will utilize the two forklifts to support daily operations. These new units will replace forklifts No. 2622 and No. 2846, which are scheduled for replacement as part of the FY25 equipment replacement plan.
This purchase will be made through a cooperative purchasing agreement. Per Section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is Sourcewell contract No. 053024-HCEPMC, which is set to expire 7/23/2028. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
