Description

The subject property, Hopeton East, is a subdivision within the Hopeton Landing Planned Development, located off Little Neck Road. The proposed subdivision covers 244.360 acres and includes eight lots of varying sizes. Access will be provided via Marlin Point Drive, which intersects Little Neck Road.

The Savannah Metropolitan Planning Commission recommended approval on March 31, 2026.
