| Title 72. Authorize the City Manager to Approve Supplemental Quarter 2 Budget Appropriations to the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget. (Management & Budget Department) | |

| Description During the fiscal year, supplemental budget adjustments are necessary to maintain the adopted legal level of control set forth in the 2026 Budget Resolution. These supplemental appropriations may modify expenditures and revenues within any Fund. Adjustments for Quarter 2 includes changes to the Capital Improvement Fund, which are necessary to: 1) align capital investments with strategic initiatives and council priorities, and 2) move funds as needed between capital projects in order to provide needed funding for continuing and ready-to-go projects. The original Fiscal Year 2026 Budget was approved by the City Council on December 11, 2025, and the first amendment to the Budget was approved on March 26, 2026. | |
