| Description This contract is for the renewal of the Brazos eCitation software with Tyler Technologies, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $77,876.32. Under this agreement, Tyler Technologies will provide software licensing, server hosting, reporting, records management system interface, and ongoing maintenance and support for the City's electronic citation solution. This software enables the Savannah Police Department to electronically issue traffic and other citations in the field, improving data accuracy, eliminating duplicate data entry, and increasing operational efficiency for both law enforcement personnel and court staff.
This procurement is being made through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. Terms for this renewal are from November 1, 2026 – October 31, 2027. Delivery: As Requested. Terms: Net 30 Days.
