Authorize the City Manager to Award an Annual Sole Source Contract for Network Maintenance and Purchases with MGT Impact Solutions LLC in the amount of $122,869.89

The annual maintenance agreement will be used by the Water Supply and Treatment Department to provide support and maintenance for the SCADA system. This is a sole source because this is additional support and maintenance to be used for existing equipment that is available only from this supplier.
