This contract will cover the removal of overhead electrical lines and power poles along Bob Harmon Road, Nicholson Drive, and Davidson Drive that formerly served FedEx and other facilities that will no longer be in operation. The work also includes converting necessary overhead electrical infrastructure to underground service to maintain electrical service to Well 18, AOA Gate 2, and existing Signature facilities. Underground service will also be installed to accommodate the future Signature buildout along Corporate Road. This work is required to facilitate the demolition of the former FedEx facility and the extension of the General Aviation apron as part of the Demo Air Cargo Phase 2 project. SAC Job ID 30650.
