The vehicles will be assigned to the Airport Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director as replacements for existing vehicles that have exceeded their established lifecycle. Trade-in credits for the current vehicles were applied toward the purchase price of the replacements, resulting in a reduced overall cost to the Savannah Airport Commission (SAC). The Commission publicly advertised Request for Quotation (RFQ) 2026-0021 from April 20, 2026, through May 20, 2026. A total of four (4) bids were received. Following a thorough evaluation of all responsive submissions, O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln was determined to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all specifications and requirements of the solicitation. This purchase is included in the 2026 approved budget for $150,000.00.
