| Description The Petitioner requests approval of a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 3.10 of the Savannah Zoning Ordinance to allow accessory alcohol sales by the drink in association with a restaurant at 410 E. 37th Street. The property is located in the Streetcar Historic District. The Special Use process includes initial review by the Planning Commission with final approval by City Council. The business will also need to secure an Alcoholic Beverage License from City Council. | |
| Recommendation On June 23, the Planning Commission recommended approval the request to allow accessory alcohol sales by the drink in association with a restaurant at 410 East 37th Street with the following conditions:
