| Description The Petitioner requests an amendment to the Zoning Map to rezone 0 Mohawk Street from RSF-20 (Residential Single-Family 20) to RMF-2-15 (Residential Multi-Fmaily-2-15). The rezoning will support a proposed developent consisting of four to six townhome units intended for rental occupancy. Only the rezoning of the subject parcels is under consideration at present. Variances to development standards of the requested zoning district cannot be considered until a decision is made for the rezoning by City Council. | |
| Recommendation On June 23, 2026, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request to rezone 0 Mohawk Street to Residential Multi Family-2-15 (RMF-2-15) with the following condition: The development be limited to a maximum of 6 units. | |
