| Description Recommend approval to award a contract for engineering design and construction overview services for improvements to Lift Station #166 to Hussey, Gay, Bell, and DeYoung, Inc. for up to $356,990. The Water and Sewer Planning and Engineering Department will use these services for the design of a new sanitary sewer forcemain to serve the existing Lift Station #166, which serves the Godley West service area, north of the airport and west of I-95. The existing lift station design included an 8” forcemain to be built to serve the initial development in the area. The service area has matured and a second parallel forcemain is now required so that the pumps can keep pace with the increased flow of sanitary sewer. | |
