This contract is for a two-year equity lease and maintenance agreement for mowers from John Deere c/o Greenville Turf & Tractor in an amount not to exceed $246,458 ($123,228.84 annually). The contract will be for a period of two years and will provide the Fleet Department with 23 mowers. The new mowers will consist of 18 John Deere 60” zero turn mowers, one 52” stand on mower, three 48” zero turn mower, and one 12’ pull behind finishing mower. Total savings to lease all mowers is $37,427.59 per year.

This lease agreement was made through a Sourcewell cooperative contract  # 032119-JDC. Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 2-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
