Description Johnson Matthey Process Technologies, Inc. (JMPT), a local employer, has current plans to expand their existing facilities, thereby creating additional economic benefits in the area. JMPT is in need of a portion of unopened City right-of-way contiguous to the expansion for a lay down yard for materials and parking during the construction. If approved, this proposed temporary easement would be effective for approximately 2 years (the estimated duration of construction), and terminate upon completion. | |
