| Description This procurement is for an annual contract for letter processing with T2 Systems for $57,873. The Parking & Mobility Services, Code Compliance, and Sanitation Departments (Street Cleaning Division) utilize this service to send customers their outstanding citations. An average of 7,500 letters are generated on a weekly basis. The cost to process each letter is $1.34. T2 System is a proprietary software contract that supports the handheld citation devices for the Parking & Mobility Services, Code Compliance, and Sanitation Departments. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
