| Description This procurement is for the purchase of training ammunition with Precision Delta Corporation in an amount not to exceed $61,925. The ammunition will be used by the Savannah Police Department to maintain state certification of all police officers and to conduct firearms familiarity, training for new recruits, and in-service training for current officers and special operations teams. Precision Delta Corporation has a contract with the State of Georgia that provides the best price for ammunition.
Per section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services using a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is Precision Delta Corporation contract# 99999-001-SPD0000157-0003 for Guns and Ammunition, which expires on January 16, 2024.
