Description

This is for the approval to procure replacement of rubberized surface material for the Forsyth Park Playground with GameTime c/o Dominica Recreation Products, Inc, in an Amount Not to Exceed $228,756. This improvement is part of the City’s broader Recreation Reimagined initiative, which focuses on creating and providing high-quality recreation facilities and experiences for Savannah residents. Investing in our public spaces, especially in high-traffic areas like Forsyth Park, aligns with our commitment to fostering safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for our community.

Per section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services using a cooperative contract. The Omnia Partners contract used for this procurement is GameTime c/o Dominica Recreation Products, Inc. Contract# 201700134 for Playground and Outdoor Fitness Equipment, Site Accessories, Surfacing, and Related Products and Services and it expires on June 30, 2026.
