Description
The renewal includes a two-year IED Support Services Assurance Plan, billed at $48,600 for Year 1 and $42,600 for Year 2. This agreement extends hardware and software warranty coverage, maintenance, repair, and replacement for all out-of-warranty components for an additional two years. Newly installed Dante hardware will continue to be covered under the standard three-year OEM warranty. All network and endpoint licenses are included for the duration of the plan. Software updates, bug fixes, patches, and service packs are covered under the OEM server warranty for the full agreement term. The plan also provides 24/7/365 priority IED remote technical support with a one-hour response time via the support portal. Service calls from ASG technicians will receive priority scheduling and will be billed separately at standard ASG service rates. Priority overnight advance hardware replacement will be provided when required. PRDP (prerecorded message) library updates are included as needed. Additional services include an on-site system health check by IED technicians in Year 1 and technical training for two SAV technicians at the Louisville training facility in Year 2. This is a sole-source purchase as we are renewing an existing agreement. ALTEL Systems Group is the designated dealer, support provider, and supplier for the Atlas IED system.
