This is for a tree pruning contract with Kolcun Tree Care, LLC (Bluffton, SC) in an amount up to $1,500,000.

This contract will be utilized by Greenscapes' Urban Forestry Division to prune and maintain trees on various rights of ways throughout the City of which there are approximately 65,000. The contract is necessary to provide expedient responses to tree maintenance requests and to transition to a neighborhood cycle pruning program for the management of public trees. Cycle pruning is considered a best management practice of urban forests and will give us the ability to begin rotating through each neighborhood, systematically inspecting all trees within the rights of way and public parks, assigning the necessary work, and overseeing such work on a routine cycle.

The contract expires April 13, 2023, and has four annual renewal options available. Bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. Bidders were:
