The City of Savannah desires to fund operating and capital needs that provide direct benefit to its citizens through sound financial policies and procedures. Periodically, supplemental budget appropriations to governmental and/or proprietary funds are warranted. These supplemental appropriations will support Council authorizations and necessary transfers to fund various business and service needs. Recommended adjustments are identified in the attached documents.
