Description

The subject property is the second phase in an established subdivision named Teal Lake. This proposed phase totals 10.86 acres and will consist of 43 single family lots with varying lot sizes. Teal Lake Phase 2 is located off of Chief of Love Road adjacent to Interstate 95. The water and sewer service for this project area is provided and maintained by the City of Savannah. Storm water management will consist of underground pipe system taking storm water south to an existing wetland area.
