| Description This contract is for grounds maintenance services with SamJay Services in the amount of $162,322. This contract will be used by the Facilities Maintenance and Operations Division to provide grounds maintenance at city properties. Bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. This contract was competitively solicited and awarded through the Savannah First Program. It will expire on April 13, 2024, and has four (4) annual renewal options available. Delivery: As Requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
