| Description Staff issued a Request for Quotations (RFQ 2024-0010) for the procurement of one tractor with a boom mower. The tractor will be assigned to the Grounds Department and is intended to replace a 2005 tractor (VEQ #215) as a lifecycle replacement. Four (4) bids were received on March 5th, with one bid not meeting the specifications. This is a 2024 budgeted item.
