| Description Staff is seeking approval to acquire a five foot access easement along the outer edge of Georgia Power’s 25-foot easement, located along Dean Forest Road. The easement will be used strictly for access and for construction and maintenance of a water main to be placed outside of the Georgia Power Right of Way. There is no cost for acquiring this easement.
