Description Staff recommends approval of an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Savannah and the Chatham County District Attorney’s office for use of a portion of the City-owned facility located at 2005 Waters Avenue (The Waters Avenue Shopping Center). The District Attorney's Office will provide the community with a Coordinated Community Response Center (CCRC). The CCRC is a space where victims of domestic conflict and violence can meet with police and prosecutors in order to access: victim compensation assistance, crisis intervention, information on the criminal justice system, a 24 hour crisis line, case management, temporary protective orders, and related services. | |
