Description This contract is to procure equipment for the SPD Headquarters Renovation Project with MGT (LOCAL) in the amount not to exceed $120,000. These switches and other equipment are needed for the SPD Headquarters renovation project to provide connectivity to the City’s network. Originally, the equipment at the temporary SPD headquarters was going to move over to the newly renovated headquarters, but that lease has been extended, and other departments within the City will need connectivity. We are asking for an additional 15% (on top of the quoted amount) for an up to amount to include any increases that may incur due to tariffs.
Per section of 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is a TIPS contract # 230105 for Technology Solutions.
