Description This contract is for construction services for the Whitaker Street Garage Crack and Spall Repair Project with Suncoast Restoration and Waterproofing, LLC in the amount of $613,650. The project includes repairing cracks and spalls of varying sizes on all floors of the Whitaker Street Garage, including both the parking deck and walls. The garage will remain in service during the repairs; however, parking will be restricted in active work areas as work progresses.
The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidders were:
