Description

This is for the approval to procure Parking Garages Owner’s Representative Services with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. in the amount of $773,685. This contract is for the owner’s representative consultation services for assistance with the design and construction of two parking garages: a 450-space Forsyth Parking Garage beneath a new office building and a 600-700-space Eastern Wharf Garage with residential units above. The consultant will assist with design review, constructability analysis, quality control, and project management to ensure compliance with specifications, budget, and schedule. In addition, other responsibilities for the consultant include coordinating with developers, overseeing construction administration, managing change orders, and facilitating project closeout.

 

The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidders were:
