| Description This item is for contract modification no. 1 for Vactor sewer truck rental with EP Rents in the amount of $75,000. This modification is to extend the rental agreement for two Vactor sewer excavation truck rentals since half of the Sewer Maintenance Department's sewer truck fleet was in the shop for repairs waiting for parts that were on national backorder.
The sewer excavation trucks were rented by the Sewer Maintenance Department on a month-to-month agreement via Sourcewell cooperative contract #101221-VTR to ensure continuity of operations. This contract was originally approved as a SPA for $38,000. The total amount of the award including this modification will be $113,000. | |
